Michael Bedell is a founding member of Bedell & Forman LLP. Michael focuses his practice in the areas of litigation and real estate. Michael has successfully represented individuals and businesses in numerous state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute arenas. In his real estate practice, Michael represents individuals and businesses in connection with purchases, sales, and leases of cooperatives, condominiums, houses and office spaces. Michael also provides general business counseling to clients in connection with entity formation, employment issues, and litigation avoidance strategies, among other matters.
Prior to founding Bedell & Forman LLP, Michael was associated with the law firm of Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP. While at Golenbock Eiseman, Michael was involved in a broad range of legal matters, including real estate litigation, employment actions, patent litigation, and contract disputes, among others. In these matters, Michael represented individuals, partnerships, small closely held corporations and large international conglomerates.
Prior to joining Golenbock Eiseman, Michael was associated with the law firm of Kaye Scholer LLP, where he was involved in product liability, antitrust, and bankruptcy actions.
