A real estate transaction is a multi-step process that often involves numerous parties – from brokers, to cooperative and condominium boards, to title companies, to financial institutions – and our clients, who are sometimes experienced with real estate transactions but are more often new to the process, usually have many questions along the way. In our real estate practice, as in our other practice areas, we pride ourselves on our responsiveness and accessibility to our clients. We always respond to our clients and address their concerns in a timely fashion.

In addition to representing clients with purchases and sales of condos, coops and houses, we have a niche practice handling fractional ownership transactions at The Phillips Club in New York City, which offers members/owners furnished luxury apartments and hotel-style services and amenities.

In our real estate practice, we also assist our clients with landlord/tenant issues by reviewing both commercial and residential leases, negotiating terms, and resolving disputes. Whether our clients are landlords or tenants, we make sure that their interests are well-protected.
